Hailing from Australia, Nicole Warne is a leading digital influencer with a global audience of over 2.3 million.

Having established a successful e-commerce and digital publishing platform by the age of 20, Nicole has gone on to collaborate with brands as a creative director, social media consultant, brand consultant, and digital strategist, counting premium brands Chanel, Dior, Louis Vuitton, Valentino, Chopard, Cartier and Net-a-Porter amongst her list of clients.

Nicole is currently a Digital Consultant for Australia’s premium airline, QANTAS, and was instrumental in developing the Q Collective, QANTAS’ digital influencer program.

She has been recognised in Forbes ‘30 Under 30’ list, and Business of Fashion’s ‘#BoF500: The People Shaping the Global Industry’.

Nicole is passionate about philanthropy and is currently the Global Ambassador for Donate Planet– a not-for-profit foundation. She has also worked with WWF, OCRF and The Cancer Institute, and continues to support charity initiatives in hopes of inspiring others to do the same.

A recent executive hire at R/GA, Calvin is no stranger to the advertising and media industry. Calvin was voted Asia’s no.1 creative by Campaign Brief while at Saatchis. He left Singapore to break into USA was the first Asian hired to be Associate Creative Director in Fallon, arguably the world’s top agency in 2000. He came back to start Fallon Asia and was the youngest Asian head of a regional Network before becoming the Vice-Chairman and CCO of Publicis Asia. He was Board Advisor to the Singapore Productivity and Innovation board and President’s Award nominee.In 2012, Calvin left the industry to reinvent himself, and to prepare his family for an exponential future.He was an urban farmer, built apps, branded digital currencies, speaker at Vegas SXSW, author of ‘The Big Red Dot’ with his son Dylan Soh, co-created the FutureMe exhibition about the future with Pico Arts, successfully funded the GIY (Grow-It-Yourself) self-watering system on Kickstarter, and created One Kind House, an urban farming home he designed. Marc Karimzadeh is the Editorial and Communications Director at the Council of Fashion Designers of America. In this role, he oversees CFDA’s digital platforms, including content for CFDA.com as well as the CFDA’s social channels. He also directs the organization’s public relations efforts. Prior to joining the CFDA in 2015, Karimzadeh spent 15 years at WWD, serving as the publication’s senior fashion features editor and fashion critic. A graduate of Kings College London and Brown University, he is a native of Hamburg, Germany and based in New York City.

The Council of Fashion Designers of America, Inc, (CFDA) is a not-for-profit trade association founded in 1962 with a membership of over 500 of America’s foremost womenswear, menswear, jewelry, and accessory designers. Parker Gundersen joined ZALORA in 2016 as Chief Executive Officer. Before joining the company, he was with DFS Group, the travel retail subsidiary of Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton.

Parker brings over 15 years of relevant retail and leadership experience working in key management positions across Asia, the Middle East and North America. Early in his career at DFS, Parker was responsible for leading a number of high profile projects for the company, including establishing DFS’ footprint in the Middle East and developing the company’s operations in India. From 2011-2015, Parker served as General Manager for DFS Singapore, and most recently held the position of Vice President for DFS North America, overseeing the company’s operations and business development function in the region. Prior to DFS, Parker worked in management consulting in the Strategy & Operations practice at Deloitte Consulting.

Parker holds a B.S. in Economics and a B.A. in Management degree from the University of St. Thomas and has an MBA from The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
